RESUMO: O presente artigo busca introduzir uma discussão acerca da relação entre Direitos Humanos e Sexualidade frente ao atual paradigma de normatização dessas temáticas no plano nacional e internacional escolhendo algumas temáticas específicas para trabalhar, partindo da discussão de Foucault acerca do que é a sexualidade. Se enfatizam os Princípios de Yogyakarta como possível instrumento internacional nesta discussão e algumas iniciativas nacionais de tratar a matéria.

ABSTRACT: The present article aims to introduce a discussion about the relationship between Human Rights and Sexuality taking into account the current paradigm of regulation of these themes at national and international level; One will work with some specific issues, building on Foucault's discussion on what is sexuality. It will be emphasized the Yogyakarta principles as a possible international instrument in this discussion and some national initiatives to address the matter.
